Terms of service

1. SAMPLES

Samples, if requested, will be provided without commercial value. Requesting to send samples via express delivery like this is charged by the recipient except for those who have existing accounts (Fedex, DHL, TNT…).

All samples will be selected from the latest harvest for testing and reference purposes, and then the products will be shipped .

2. PAYMENT

The currency used is US Dollar. Payment methods are arranged according to the mutual agreement from the following options:

Preferred payment methods:
+ T/T (telegraphic transfer)
For T/T payment method, at least 30% of the total contract value will be paid in advance as a deposit before the delivery date. The transfer fee will be borne by the sender .
+ L/C at sight

Accepted payment methods:
+ D/P (Document against Payment)
+ C.A.D (Cash Against Documents )

3. DELIVERY

We usually have raw materials available in stock for supply. After the customer places an order, it will be transported to our factory for cargo arrangement. With the equipment at the factory and skilled workers, the cargo will be prepared, packaged, and put into boxes promptly. Normally, it takes 15 working days from the date of deposit payment for the cargo to be loaded.

The related documents such as Booking Note, Bill of Lading, and information about the cargo status will be updated regularly for the buyer.

We also strive to cooperate closely with carriers or shipping lines to ensure that customers’ cargo are always delivered on time .

4. COMMISSION
