  • Exfoliation: Cinnamon is considered a very good exfoliating mask, you can use it for your lips, face or any part of the body. Just moisten your skin with warm water, apply cinnamon powder and massage gently for 5 – 10 minutes. Do it 2 times/week.
  • Maintain hair colour: For those with dyed hair who often worry that the colour will fade over time, this is an effective treatment. After dyeing your hair for 2 days, mix 1/2 tablespoon of honey, 100ml of filtered water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder.
